2023年2月14日，恰逢中西方文化結合的特殊日子里，滇中新區領導親臨智旺實業，關心企業復工復產情況。智旺實業于2017年招商引資進入昆明大板橋國際包裝城工業園，是一家集研發、生產、制造、銷售于一體專注于液體包裝容器的生產型民營企業。2018年開始進行規劃建設2萬余平方米自有廠房、倉庫、辦公樓、宿舍，實現公司進一步“做大、做強、做優”的戰略構想。三年抗疫之路，公司在消毒水包裝領域，全力支持云南省本土消毒水生產企業，保供保量，攜手抗疫。同時，公司也一直專注創新型企業發展，2022年3月又引進云南省內僅有的一條全自動IBC噸桶生產線，主要聚焦于新材料、鋰電電解液、有機硅等方面的包裝容器。開年以來我公司已有序開展復工復產工作，在人員招聘，機臺開機等方面已基本恢復正常，今年有望實現正增長！新的一年，感恩，感謝滇中新區領導們的指導、幫助、關心、愛護。

一、灌裝及儲存 Filling and storage 1、打開灌裝口封蓋，從頂部灌入液體。 Open the cap of the filling port and fill in the liquid from the top. ? 2、插入外徑140mm管灌裝，最大灌裝量至桶身最高線。? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ?Insert a pipe with an outer diameter of 140mm for filling, and the maximum filling amount reaches the highest line of the barrel body.?? ? 3、注意遮蓬貯存、避免高溫、暴曬，儲存溫度-18到40。? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ?Pay attention to awning storage 、avoiding high temperature and exposure? to the sun , storage temperature -18 to 40.? ? ? 4、運輸前擰緊所有密封件。 ?Tighten all seals before transportation. 二、排液 Drain 1、本容器采用自重式排料設計，放料時需先打開頂部灌裝口蓋以防止容器產生負壓。? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? The IBC-1000L container has a maximun filling density of 1.9, During transportation, when the density of filling goods is less than 1.6, 2 layers are allowed to be transported,and the maximum mass of the second layer is 1659kg. When the density is greater than 1.6, it can only be transported in single layer. ? 五、日常維護和檢查 Routine.maintenance and inspection 1、在熱灌裝時，應待液體冷卻至常溫時，再擰緊桶蓋。? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ?In the hot filling, the liquid should be cooled to room temperature, then tighten the barrel cover. ? 2、嚴禁閥門和內容器受到外力沖擊和碰撞。在重新灌裝前，必須對返回容器的狀態進行仔細檢查、確認是否有影響繼續使用的不安全因素。? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ?The valve and internal container are strictly prohibited from being impacted or collided by external forces. 智旺實業IBC噸桶1000L規格相關技術參數

昆明智旺實業IBC噸桶---中型散裝容器。俗稱:噸裝桶、噸桶、噸包裝、千升桶。集裝箱IBC噸桶具有標準、高強、耐腐等優點。用于化工、醫藥、食品、涂料、油脂等行業。是現代倉儲、運輸液體產品的工具。節省大量的人力、物力。儲存相比傳統包裝可節省35%的空間，裝卸可使用叉車作業，減少了人工搬運的諸多麻煩。接下來，智旺實業跟大家分享IBC噸桶優點： 1、重量：57±0.5kg。外型尺寸:1200*1000*1150mm 容積:1050L,灌裝密度1.7 壁厚:≥1.5mm 低溫跌落試驗高度:1.7m 液壓試驗壓力:100kpa 滲漏試驗壓力:20kpa 2、排液閥采用DN50、DN80兩種規格球閥 3、框架潔凈牢固、不存在腐銹現象，框架螺絲緊固，內膽潔凈、食品類包裝標準，HDPE材質，進料口為150mm 4、標識板1塊，便于客戶貼標簽、做記號以及品牌LOGO定制 5、根據客戶需要每只桶配有防塵外袋及導流管 6、參考技術標準《GB／T 19161-2016 包裝容器復合式中型散裝容器》。 7、大容量包裝，使用水（密度為1）為介質，每個可以灌裝一噸重量（以1000升為例）; 8、內容器采用中石化、中石油HDPE材質，吹塑成型，防老化、易清洗、強度高，防腐蝕，衛生性好，使用壽命長。 9、外框架采用熱鍍鋅鋼管焊接成型，底部托盤通過防滑螺釘固定，整個外框架堅固、耐用、耐腐。底部托盤為四向進叉型，穩定性好，方便裝卸和堆碼。 10、框架外面的有產品標記板，可以標注企業名稱、產品及其它需要標注的批示，讓客戶充分了解公司信息。 11、內膽上鑄有容積的刻度，用戶可以利用容器的透明特性，清楚地看見容器內的液全高度。 12、節省空間，將空間利用率提高25%以上（200升塑料桶相比），并可疊層堆放，可以堆放四層，IBC噸桶適合多次反復使用，極利于環境保護 13、容器自帶排液閥，排液方面可靠。可以利用液體的自重自然排液，幾何設計使得排液更加干凈、迅速、安全。 14、外形尺寸符合iso容器設計標準，與國際接軌，特別適用海運集裝箱運輸，20英尺的集裝箱可以裝運1000升容器20只，40英尺的集裝箱可以裝運1000升容器40只。 15、運用廣泛：危險品液體的包裝，灌裝的液體密度可達1.7。 16、采用組合式的結構設計，構件更換方便，延長使用壽命。 17、出口型船級社認證支持，已獲得產品的un證書和食品衛生許可證，可提供出境商檢報備，用于危險品的出口運輸。 18、用于槽罐原料的分裝及灌裝，1個集裝桶=5個200L桶，灌裝過程中減少了多次重復操作的麻煩，同時避免灌裝過程中漏料、遺灑等浪費。 ? 昆明智旺實業IBC集裝桶使用方便、經濟好用，隨著國際化發展，集裝桶逐漸成為液體包裝的主流產品。可盛裝Ⅱ、Ⅲ類危險品，盛裝Ⅱ類危險品的液體密度為1.5g/cm3,盛裝Ⅲ類危險品的液體密度為1.7g/cm3。
